Cute Baby Animal Overload

Cute Baby Animal Overload

This past week our little family of six (John, Me, Chloe the yorkie poo, and our kitties: Sylvie, Toulouse, and Luna) more than doubled.  We added four, three week old foster kittens and four, two week old Nigerian dwarf goats.  The goats were planned, the kittens were not.  Regardless of planning, we are happy to  love on the kittens until we find them forever homes.  Cute-Baby-Animal-Overload-Kittens

For people who don't want human kids anytime soon, we got a big dose of parenthood this weekend.  All eight of the new babies need to be bottle fed multiple times a day. In the last 48 hours,  John and I have fed over fifty bottles of formula, had every bodily fluid imaginable on us, litter box trained kittens who prefer to use a towel, and have loved every minute of our cute baby animal overload.

We typically don't name our foster babies but they will be with us for awhile since they are so young.  The kittens names for while they are with us are from Game of Thrones: Tyrion, Sansa, Cersei, and Khaleesi.  The goats are with us for the duration and we chose classic (old people) names that start with the letter E: Ezra, Estelle, Ella Fitzgerald, and Edith Crowley.
