I love finding fun ways to make holiday meals special! What I love most about the Holidays is that it brings friends and family together. The best way to welcome guests of all ages is by handing them a festive beverage when they walk in the door.  This Harvest Sparkler Mocktail is perfect because it only uses a few ingredients and it can be made quickly.

First, I put some fresh raspberries, water and sugar into a saucepan on the stove and let them boil down on medium heat.

After I boiled the combination down, I strained the raspberry simple syrup to remove the seeds. I placed the rendering in a mason jar for easy storage.

Next, it was time to assemble the drink! I poured one ounce of the raspberry simple syrup in the bottom of my highball glass then added six to seven cubes of ice.

Now, it is time to add the sparkle! I used DASANI® Sparkling Slim Cans that I found at Target in the water aisle. They have all kinds of flavors including Tropical Pineapple, Raspberry Lemonade, Lime, Berry, Black Cherry, and Lemon. If you would like to try a flavor before purchasing an entire pack of 8, they have single 20 oz. bottles in the check out aisle that are perfect for testing!

For this recipe you can interchange the Berry, Black Cherry, and Raspberry Lemonade for a fun variety!

Then, add another ounce of the raspberry simple syrup and a squeeze of fresh orange.

Finish it up by garnishing with fresh raspberries, a slice of orange, and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
