Life is so hectic so I rely on my Instapot several nights a week to get dinner on the table. Chicken and beef are good but can get so old so fast. Cue my Instapot Honey Balsamic Paleo Pork Chops made with Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops. They add intrigue to our routine while still being ready in under 30 minutes. My Honey Balsamic Pork Chops are made with five ingredients that most people already have in their pantry.

First, I found my  Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops at my local Walmart in the pork section. They have added a new special section for it. I love that Smithfield supplies naturally tender and juicy fresh pork everyone can enjoy with no artificial ingredients, no preservatives, no added steroids or hormones. You can taste the quality and difference.

They are even running a coupon for it and you can find it here:

I also picked up the rest of my ingredients while I was at Walmart.

Now, this is where things move along quickly. First, slice your sweet onion and preheat your instant pot using the sauté function.

Now add about 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and your sliced onion.

Stir around for about 1 minute.  Next, add your Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops in an even layer so that you can sear each side for about one minute.

Next, season with1/2tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Now add: 2 TB minced garlic, 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, and 1/2 cup of local honey.

Put the lid on your Instapot, make sure the nozzle is turned to seal and set it to pressure cook for 15 minutes.

After your Instapot alerts you that it is finished, quick release the pressure. Serve with your favorite paleo friendly sides and enjoy the fact that dinner was on the table in under 30 minutes!
